Rutledge kicked off its annual Summer Concert series on Friday, June 4, with local musician Caroline Aiken, a popular folk artist, who belted out tunes in her notoriously sultry voice from the gazebo stage to a packed crowd. Every Friday, musicians will play for an outdoor audience through August. ‘We urge everyone to maintain a safe distance so we can keep everyone safe and well, and continue the concert series beyond June,’ said organizers. ‘If we all work together, we will have yet another great summer of music in the park.’
