A Morgan County Grand Jury met for its September term and returned several criminal indictments. The following persons were indicted.

William Todd Ayers, 49, Dublin,♦ was indicted on one count theft by receiving stolen property and two counts fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer.

Cindy Ellen Allen, 64, Buckhead,♦ was indicted on one count possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute, one count possession of methamphetamine and one count possession of marijuana, less than an ounce.

Melvin Uriel Vasquez-Cantero, 27, Augusta,♦ was indicted on three counts homicide by vehicle, two counts driving under the influence, one count reckless driving and one count following too closely.

Roy Coats, 58, Madison,♦ was indicted on two counts aggravated assault.

Alfonso Alenzo Ellison, 28, Athens,♦ was indicted on two counts fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, one count possession of heroin, one count obstruction of a officer, one count reckless driving, one count driving without a license, one count speeding, one count possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, one count possession of marijuana, more than an ounce, one count possession of cocaine.

Thomas Alvin Little, 40, Buckhead,♦ was indicted on one count fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, one count possession of Tramadol, one count reckless driving, one count failure to maintain lane and one count speeding in a construction zone.

Marcus Lavar Bonner, 23, Eatonton,♦ was indicted on one count possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, one count possession of amphetamine, one count possession of dextroamphetamine, one count speeding and one count possession of drug related objects.

Marcarius Deon Brannon, 24, Covington♦ , was indicted on one count possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, one count possession of amphetamine, one count possession of dextroamphetamine, one count speeding and one count possession of drug related objects.

Cedric Martell Bass, 32, Madison,♦ was indicted on one count crossing the guard line with contraband, two counts driving under the influence and one count open container.

John Terry Jones, 58, Jonesboro,♦ was indicted on two counts fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, one count reckless driving, one count obstruction of an officer and one count speeding.

Samaje Jamon Jones, 21, Atlanta,♦ was indicted on one count possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, one count possession of marijuana, more than an ounce and one count possession of drug related objects.

Calvin M. Thomas, 37, Madison,♦ was indicted on one count possession of a schedule 1 controlled substance with intent to distribute, one count possession of a schedule 1 controlled substance, one count obstruction of an officer, one count tampering with evidence, one count possession of drug related objects, one count driving without a license and one count failure to wear a safety belt.

Shane Calais Akin, 32, Madison,♦ was indicted on three counts aggravated assault, family violence and one count battery, family violence.

Ryan Scott Watkins, 23, Madison♦ , was indicted on one count fleeing and attempting to elude a police officer, one count reckless driving, one count driving while license suspended and one count speeding.

Christopher Marvis Cornett, 39, Lawrenceville,♦ was indicted on one count trafficking in heroin, one count possession of heroin with intent to distribute, one count possession of heroin, one count possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, one count possession of methamphetamine, one count possession of morphine, one count possession of oxycodone, one count possession of alprazolam, one count possession of marijuana, less than an ounce and one count possession of drug related items.

Jake Keith Hyde, 28, Monticello,♦ was indicted on one count terroristic threats.

Raymond Coats, 57, Madison,♦ was indicted on one count failure to register as a sex offender.

Cardova Jamar Forte, 49, Atlanta,♦ was indicted on one count trafficking in heroin.

Timothy Allen Ratcliff II, 38, Ivey,♦ was indicted on one count trafficking in methamphetamine.

Dwayne Johnson, 42, Madison,♦ was indicted on one count burglary in the second degree, three counts theft by receiving stolen property, one count crossing the guard line with contraband, one count possession of methamphetamine and one count possession of marijuana, less than an ounce.

Horace Jones, Jr., 42, Madison,♦ was indicted on one count burglary in the second degree, three counts theft by receiving stolen property, one count crossing the guard line with contraband, one count possession of methamphetamine and one count possession of marijuana, less than an ounce.

Zoria Monique Smith, 24, Madison,♦ was indicted on one count burglary in the second degree, three counts theft by receiving stolen property, one count crossing the guard line with contraband, one count possession of methamphetamine and one count possession of marijuana, less than an ounce.

Jaylon Michael Cook, 24, Decatur,♦ was indicted on one count possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, one count possession of drug related objects, one count driving while license suspended and two counts speeding.

Antwain Deon Williams, 27, Madison,♦ was indicted on one count possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and one count possession of methamphetamine.

Donald Jared Copelan, 39, Monticello,♦ was indicted on one count terroristic threats.

Jacob Christian Gaddis, 27, Panama City Beach, Fla., was indicted on five counts obstruction of an officer and one count public drunkenness.
