Several persons pleaded to criminal offenses during a criminal court calendar in Morgan County Superior Court, the Hon. Judge Alison T. Burleson presiding. The following persons were adjudicated in court.

♦ Joshua J. Robinson, 41, Forsyth, pleaded guilty to one count habitual violator, one count driving while license suspended and one count obstruction of an officer. Robinson was sentenced to two years probation and was fined $500.

♦ Valerie Nicole Johnson, 44, Watkinsville, was found guilty by a Morgan County Jury of one count reckless conduct. She was sentenced to one year probation.

♦ Yvonne Nepal Keeley, 50, Madison, pleaded guilty to one count forgery in the third degree. She was sentenced to five years probation and was fined $1,000.

♦ Caroline Marie Benkoski, 59, Madison, pleaded guilty to one count possession of methamphetamine and one count possession of drug related objects. She was sentenced to three years probation and fined $1,000.

♦ Frederick Jameson Lewis, 36, Buckhead, pleaded guilty to one count battery, family violence. He was sentenced to one year probation and fined $500.

♦ Charles Hansel Hamm, 42, Rutledge, pleaded guilty to one count aggravated assault. He was sentenced to three years probation and was fined $1,000.

♦ Fredrick Christopher Jones, 47, Monroe, pleaded guilty to one count theft by shoplifting. He was sentenced to 10 years with the first 395 days to be served at the Morgan County Detention Center and the remainder to be served on probation. He was also fined $1,000.

♦ Trixy Tywanna Jones, 46, Monroe, pleaded guilty to one count shoplifting. She was sentenced to 10 years with the first 395 days to be served at the Morgan County Detention Center and the remainder to be served on probation, concurrent with any other sentencing. She was also fined $1,000.

♦ Destiny Monea Wyatt, 23, Madison, pleaded guilty to one count theft by taking. She was sentenced to 10 years with the first 95 days to be served in the Morgan County Detention Center and the remainder to be served on probation. She was also fined $1,000.

♦ Jason Wayne Couch, 38, Monroe, pleaded guilty to one count public intoxication. He was sentenced to one year probation and fined $250.

♦ Kacey Leigh Ghann, 21, Madison, pleaded guilty to one count arson in the second degree. She was sentenced to 10 years probation and fined $1,000.

♦ Beason R. Franklin, 32, Madison, pleaded guilty to one count possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, one count possession of methamphetamine, one count possession of marijuana, less than an ounce and one count possession of drug related objects. He was sentenced to 30 years, concurrent with any other sentencing with the first 10 years to be served in confinement and the remainder to be served on probation. He was also fined $1,000.

♦ Rayshawndria A. Gardner, 27, Columbus, pleaded guilty to one count theft by receiving stolen property and one count failure to maintain lane. She was sentenced to 10 years concurrent with any other sentencing with the first 90 days to be served in the Morgan County Detention Center and the remainder to be served on probation. She was also fined $1,000.

♦ Kelly Elaine O’Rourke, 45, Buckhead, pleaded guilty to one count possession of drug related items and one count failure to maintain lane. She was sentenced to two years probation and fined $500.

♦ Matthew Brooks Scarborough, 39, Buckhead, pleaded guilty to one count DUI and one count criminal trespass. He was sentenced to one year with the first 10 days to be served at the Morgan County Detention Center and the remainder to be served on probation. He was also fined $750.

♦ Kimberly Elaine Buchanan, 41, Macon, pleaded guilty to one count reckless driving. She was sentenced to one year probation and fined $500.

♦ Brent Deshon Permenter, 30, Lithonia, pleaded guilty to one count fleeing and attempting to elude, one count possession of drug related items, and one count driving while license suspended. He was sentenced to three years with the first 10 days to be served at the Morgan County Detention Center and the remainder to be served on probation. He was also fined $500.
