Morgan County Superior Court, the Hon. Judge Terry Massey presiding, held a plea day on June 23 at the Morgan County Courthouse. The following persons were adjudicated in court.

♦ Quentavious Lamar Barclay, 26, Childersburg, Ala., pleaded guilty to one count possession of Oxycodone and one count possession of marijuana, less than an ounce. He was sentenced to three years probation and was fined $1,000.

♦ Major Barton Rice, Jr., 67, Watkinsville, pleaded guilty to one count DUI and one count failure to maintain lane. He was sentenced to one year probation with the first 48 hours to be served in confinement and was fined $800.

♦ Terrance Lamar Adams, 35, Eatonton, pleaded Nolo to one count driving while license suspended. He was sentenced to one year probation and fined $500.

♦ Dustin Wayne Barnette, 34, Pullman, Ala., pleaded guilty to one count reckless driving and was sentenced to one year probation with the first 48 hours to be served in confinement. He was fined $800.

♦ Jarrod Louis Taylor, 40, Covington, pleaded guilty to one count possession of methamphetamine and one count possession of marijuana, less than an ounce. He was sentenced to three years probation and fined $1,000.

♦ Patrick Ryan Hadden, 41, Warrenville, S.C., pleaded guilty to one count DUI. He was sentenced to one year probation with the first 20 days to be served at the Morgan County Detention Center and was fined $1,000.

♦ Brent Francis Hughes, 41, Walterboro, S.C., pleaded guilty to one count DUI, one count possession of marijuana less than an ounce and one count failure to maintain lane. He was sentenced to one year probation with the first 10 days to be served at the Morgan County Detention Center and he was fined $800.

♦ Brandon James Peters, 40, Good Hope, pleaded guilty to one count burglary in the second degree and was sentenced to five years probation and fined $1,000.

♦ Miahniqual B. Snow, 33, Athens, pleaded guilty to one count drugs not in original container and was sentenced to one year probation and was fined $500.

♦ Yamal Hassan Aich, 32, Austell, pleaded guilty to one count DUI, one count obstruction of an officer and one count failure to maintain lane. He was sentenced to one year probation with the first 48 hours to be served in confinement and was fined $750.

♦ Joseph Ryder Meadows, 20, Madison, pleaded guilty to two counts obstruction and one count battery. He was sentenced to two years probation and was fined $500.

♦ Brandon Jacob Williamson, 35, Madison, pleaded guilty to one count simple battery, one count criminal trespass and one count possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He was sentenced to 10 years with the first three years to be served in confinement. In a separate pleading, Williamson pleaded guilty to one count simple battery, one count hindering emergency telephone call and one count criminal trespass. He was sentenced to one year probation concurrent with any other sentencing.

♦ Dwight Wilbert Davis, 38, Ainsworth, Iowa, pleaded guilty to one count possession of marijuana, less than an ounce. He was sentenced to 10 years probation and was fined $1,000.

♦ Leonard Lee Davis, 38, Madison, pleaded guilty to one count disorderly conduct and one count obstruction of an officer. He was sentenced to six months probation and fined $250.

♦ Trevor Brent Patton, 32, Rutledge, pleaded guilty to one count violating family violence order. He was sentenced to one year probation and was fined $500.

♦ Lakeshia Sherrell Daniel, 28, Monroe, pleaded guilty to one count obstruction of an officer. She was sentenced to one year probation with the first four days to be served at the Morgan County Detention Center and was fined $500.

♦ Mackenzie Stewart Anderson, 23, Madison, pleaded guilty to one count possession of methamphetamine and one count failure to maintain lane. She was sentenced to eight years probation and fined $1,000.

♦ Richard Andrew Bixler, III, 32, Rutledge, pleaded Nolo to one count driving while license suspended and one count failure to maintain lane. He was sentenced to one year probation and fined $500.

♦ William Fitzgerald Clark, 37, Hephzibah, pleaded guilty to one count possession of methamphetamine and one count carrying a weapon without a license. He was sentenced to three years probation and was fined $1,000.

♦ Egypt Elizabeth Lumpkin, 19, Madison, pleaded guilty to one count theft by shoplifting. She was sentenced to one year probation and fined $500. In other cases, Lumpkin pleaded guilty to driving without a license and was sentenced to six months probation. She also pleaded guilty to another count of theft by shoplifting and sentenced to an additional one year probation and fined another $500.

♦ Kevin Derrell Murphy, 48, Buckhead, pleaded guilty to one count battery. He was sentenced to one year probation and fined $500.
