• On Nov. 3 a harassing communication report was filed at an Eatonton Road location after a woman reported that a man called her and wanted to describe his wife’s physical features to the complainant. The call, according to reports, is similar in context to a phone call a man made to another woman last week.
• On Nov. 7 a damage to property complaint was filed at the Daniel Morgan Housing project on Morgan Circle. According to reports, a man reported that someone had pulled up 26 plants that had recently been planted as part of a landscaping improvement plan. The plants are valued at $400.
• On Nov. 10 a damage to property complaint was filed at an East Jefferson Street location after a man reported that someone had used a tool to damage his 1998 Mercedes. The man said there were scratches on the door and near the key entry on the trunk.
• On Nov. 9 Patricia Elizabeth Frady, 30, Madison, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct after officers responded to a fire call on Lions Club Road. According to reports a Morgan County deputy extinguished a small fire. Frady allegedly took issue with the officer putting out the fire and allegedly told the officers that she “hated people in uniform.” She also allegedly said “people in uniform destroy,” and threatened to “rip” one of the officer’s heads off.

• On Nov. 3 a harassing communication complaint was filed from an East Avenue location after a woman said a man called from a blocked number and made unsettling comments towards her. The complainant said the man commented on her appearance and race.
• On Nov. 2 Gregory Campbell, 44, Madison, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct after he allegedly engaged in a physical confrontation with a woman at a Penor Street residence. According to reports, a verbal argument escalated into a physical fight. The woman told authorities she and her mother had to contain Campbell while they waited for officers to arrive.
• On Nov. 4 a damage to property complaint was filed at a Morgan Circle location after a woman reported that someone had broken her window with a rock.
• On Oct. 30 a larceny complaint was filed at a College Drive location after a woman reported that someone had taken her 14-year-old son’s Apple Ipod. The woman said the device was removed from the son’s book bag while he was playing basketball at the Morgan County Recreation Department.

• On Sept. 29 John Terry Agee, 23, Loganville, was arrested and charged with reckless driving, DUI and criminal trespass after a Morgan County Sheriff's deputy allegedly observed Agee do "several doughnuts" in the parking lot of McHugh's Hill Baptist Church on Double Bridges Road. According to reports, the deputy observed the activity at approximately 12:43 a.m. and pulled toward the church. Agee allegedly drove a Chevrolet Avalanche from the church but was stopped a short time later by the deputy.
• On Sept. 25 a battery complaint was filed at an Oconee Road, Buckhead, location after a man alleged that another man had threatened to place drugs in the complainant's house and then inform police. The complainant said the man also threatened to burn the house down and insure that the complainant spent many years in prison. The complainant said when he asked the man to leave the man cut him with a broken beer bottle. The man's mother, who allegedly is the complainant's girlfriend, separated the two men. The mother and the suspect then fled the residence in separate vehicles.
