• On October 11 Darryl Allen Slater, 46, Lithonia was arrested and charged with larceny from auto after he allegedly was observed by a Madison police officer removing diesel fuel from a truck at an Eatonton Highway truck stop.
Superior Court takes criminal court pleas

The following cases were processed in Morgan County Superior Court last week.
• Clindray Harris, 28, Rutledge, pled guilty to one count possession of cocaine and three counts of obstruction of an officer. He was ordered to serve seven years with no probation.

• On September 21 a sexual assault complaint was filed at an Eatonton Highway restaurant after a woman said a man reached down the back of her pants and exposed her chest. The woman said she was with other patrons at the restaurant when a man asked to see a tattoo on her wrist.

• On September 13 a damage to property complaint was filed at a Micha Way location after a woman reported that her ex-boyfriend had allegedly punched her 2002 Honda Accord in the rear left quarter panel. The ex-boyfriend then fled the area on foot, reports state.
