    • On March 14 a burglary complaint was filed at an Eatonton Road convenience store after a clerk reported that when she attempted to enter the store to open she noticed that someone had already entered the store and removed a cash register drawer. Padlocks on desks that contained money had also been cut.

The following were listed on the arrest book last week at the Morgan County Detenion Center.
    Although these people have been arrested they are not consider guilty unless they later plead guilty or are convicted in a court of law.
    • Mindy Lynn Sanders, 26, Madison, arrested February 28, probation violation.

    • On February 23 a larceny complaint was filed at an Eatonton Road motel after a man reported that someone had “popped” the lock on a Pepsi vending machine and removed approximately $110 in cash and change.

The following were listed on the arrest book last week at the Morgan County Detenion Center.
    Although these people have been arrested they are not consider guilty unless they later plead guilty or are convicted in a court of law.
    • Jeffrey Ryan Hanford, 33, Stone Mountain, arrested February 16, probate court probation violation.

    • On February 20 a larceny from an auto complaint was filed at an Eatonton Road location after a man reported that someone had entered a red Saturn that he was offering for sale and removed a stereo, speakers and several hand tools. Estimated value of the items is $700.
