Christine Harmon Singleton, 96, of Madison died November 27, 2008 at her home. Mrs. Singleton was born March 30, 1912 in Taylor County to Jeff and Minnie Cox Harmon. She was married to Ernest M. Singleton who predeceased her.

Louise Neese Elliott, 82, died September 30, 2008. She was born September 8, 1926 in Gwinnett County to Ross and Mattie Wilson Neese. She later married Clarence W. Elliott Sr. Mrs. Elliott worked as a nurse’s aid for many years. She attended the Covington Church of God.
