Morgan County students go back to school on Tuesday, August 5. The following is a list of school supplies needed in each grade. (These lists are also available on the schools' Web sites, all of which can be accessed through the Morgan County Board of Education Web site, www.morgan.k12.ga.us.)

Godfrey's Warehouse Whitey Hunt was presented a Natural Resources Conservation Workshop T-shirt for his contribution to educate our students on the importance of natural resources at the 47th annual Natural Resources Conservation Workshop. The workshop was held  in June at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College in Tifton.

Parking passes for MCHS available July 29

Morgan County High School seniors, juniors and sophomores will be issued textbooks and lockers prior to the first day of school in conjunction with the sale of student parking permits beginning Tuesday, July 29, during the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The following schedule will be observed:
    •Tuesday, July 29, Seniors only
    •Wednesday, July 30, Juniors and Seniors
    •Thursday, July 31, Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors
