Taran Schultz engaged to Carter Woodward

Beth Ann Schultz of Buckhead, announces the engagement of her daughter, Samantha Taran Schultz, to Carter Austin Woodward, son of Mr. and Mrs. Heyward Larmar Woodward, Jr., also of Buckhead. Miss Schultz is also the daughter of the late Bruce Mitchell Clapp. She is the granddaughter of
Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Arthur Schultz of Georgetown, Ky. Her paternal grandparents are the late Mr. and Mrs. Earl Mitchell Clapp of Battle Creek, Mich.
Mr. Woodward is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. James T. Williams of Greensboro, and Alva Arthur Norton, Jr., and the late Norton of Buckhead,  and the late Mr. Heyward Lamar Woodward.
Miss Schultz is a 2009 graduate of Morgan County High School, Madison. She attended Georgia Perimeter College, where she played on the womenʼs soccer team. She now is pursuing a degree as a Business major. She is currently employed with Kay Animal Hospital in Douglasville.
Mr. Woodward is a 2007 graduate of Morgan County High School, Madison. He attended Young Harris College where he played on the menʼs soccer team. He also attended Georgia Perimeter College where he received his Associateʼs degree in History. Mr. Woodward is currently employed as manager at Milltown Music Hall in Bremen, and is pursuing a career with the United States Air Force.
The wedding will take place May 19, 2012.

Cameron Norton Woodward and Mary Frances York

Mr. and Mrs. Hansell Norwood York, III of Memphis, Tennessee, formerly of Jackson, Mississippi, announce the engagement of their daughter, Mary Frances, to Mr. Cameron Norton Woodward, son of Mr. and Mrs. Heyward Lamar Woodward, Jr. of Buckhead, Georgia. Miss York is the granddaughter of Mrs. Hansell Norwood York, Jr., and the late Mr. York, of Baytown, Texas, and the late Rev. Dr. Myers B. Curtis, of Houston, Texas, and the late Mrs. Jane Nelms Lansford, of Georgetown, Texas. Mr. Woodward is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. James T. Williams, of Greensboro, Georgia, and Mrs. Alva Arthur Norton, Jr., and the late Mr. Norton, of Buckhead, Georgia, and the late Mr. Heyward Lamar Woodward.
Miss York is a graduate of Jackson Academy and of the University of Mississippi where she received a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Science. While at Ole Miss, she was a Varsity Cheerleader, and a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority. She is currently a Sales Manager at The Westin Peachtree Plaza in Atlanta, Georgia.
Mr. Woodward is a graduate of Morgan County High School, Madison, Georgia. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Georgia, and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law. He is currently a partner with the law firm of Cossio, Lebowski and Woodward.
The wedding will take place August 27, 2011 at The Farm at Old Edwards Inn in Highlands, North Carolina.
