Glenda and Lee Nelms entertained at a cookout at their home in Rutledge Sunday afternoon. Those enjoying the occasion were Robin and Peter Benkoski and Becky Snowden, Callie Howell and Monaray and L. C. Powers.
Steve Barrett continues to improve at Glancy Rehab Center in Duluth.
Cameron Powers of Baytown, Texas will graduate Saturday evening from Robert E. Lee High School. He is the son of Samuel G. and Joy Powers and the grandson of L. C. and Monaray Powers.
Paul Hensler was a patient in the hospital in Atlanta last week for a few days. He was home for the weekend at his house in Rutledge.
Carolyn Wood is recuperating at home following outpatient surgery last week
Sympathy is extended to the family of Harry Healey who died Monday evening.
Bill, Tara, Lizzie, and Jack Mahoney enjoyed a whirlwind trip to St. Louis, Missouri, last weekend to see Bill’s eldest granddaughter graduate from high school. The entire family had a great visit, spending time with nieces and nephews in the suburb of St. Peters.
