“4-H Livestock programs spring into action”

Can horses tell time (management)? The answer could potentially be debated for decades. However, there is no debating that young people who involve themselves in 4-H animal and livestock projects DO learn time management and a whole host of other important life skills.

Local tourism funding affected by poor economy, state cuts

    Georgia's tourism budget will be lessened by 21.3 percent for this fiscal year and this number is proposed to increase the next year, beginning July 1.
    But the Madison Convention and Visitors Bureau is set to find new ways to fuel their purpose of bringing people to Georgia.
