Citizen paper seeking top holiday light spots for ‘razzle dazzle’ tour

It hasn’t been going on too many years—four or five at most. But the Morgan County Razzle-Dazzle Light Tour is a cherished local tradition for some families, and this year we are looking to continue the joy.

Venturing out into darker, more tragic territory, Madison Community Theater is set to present the play "The Bridge to Terabithia" to local audiences next week.
"It's not toe-tapping entertainment," director Kathleen Bryant said. "It's a little more serious then the stuff we've done in the past."
Local artist to present solo exhibition at Wesleyan College

Artist Lindy Burnett gets her own solo exhibition, on Thursday, November 6, after 20 years working in the business.
The exhibition will be held at Wesleyan College, in Macon, in the Murphy Gallery of the Art Building, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Up to 40 paintings of Burnett’s will be shown at the exhibition.

Husband and wife team Kandi and Brandon Manning are the artist for November’s First Friday. Their art will show at The Shops at the Icehouse Underground on Friday, November 7, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
