All four teams of the newly-formed Madison Storm, the Madison Area Youth Soccer Association, won their games Saturday. This is the first time all four teams have played in Madison.

The Morgan County Lady Dogs varsity volleyball team finished a Play Day tournament in Alcovy last Friday with a record of 3-2, moving their overall record to 6-4 on the season.
Bullpups shutout Monticello 26-0

The Morgan County Middle School Bullpup football team opened their season last Wednesday with a 26-0 shutout win over Monticello.
A strong defensive effort combined with a fast offense was too much for Monticello to handle.

Morgan County’s Bulldogs put forth a gallant effort in their first game of the season against tradition laden Mary Persons High, but fell victim to the other Bulldogs by a final tally of 20-14.
