The following were listed on the arrest book last week at the Morgan County Detenion Center.
    Although these people have been arrested they are not consider guilty unless they later plead guilty or are convicted in a court of law.
    • Jeffrey Ryan Hanford, 33, Stone Mountain, arrested February 16, probate court probation violation.
    • Hasan Daren Precise, 26, Marietta, arrested February 17, driving while license suspended or revoked, speeding
    • Jason Matthew Gil, 20, Gilbert, S.C., arrested February 17, illegal possession of controlled substances.
    • David William Brunton, 38, Roswell, arrested February 17, probation violation.
    • Kevin Maurice Levels, 22, Bateburg, S.C., arrested February 17, failure to have license on person, illegal possession of a controlled substance.
    • Lywanda Denise Wynn, 31, Madison, arrested February 20, giving false name, driving while license suspended or revoked.
