STAR POWER Morgan County High School Principal Dr. Mark Wilson, along with members of the Kiwanis Club, presented Grant Phelps with the STAR Student award last Friday at Madison ChopHouse Grille. The award is given each year to the student with the highest SAT score. Phelps choose Lisa Hamilton as the recipient of the STAR Teacher Award. "I choose Mrs. Hamilton because she has always been there for me, inside and outside of the classroom," Phelps said.
