The Morgan County Board of Education will hold a reception honoring outgoing board member Jimmy Paxson before their regular meeting Monday, December 8. This will be Paxson's final meeting as a member of the board.
   

The reception will begin at 5:30 p.m. at the Board of Education building, 1065 East Avenue in Madison.
   

Elected officials as well as members of the school community are slated to be in attendance; and the public is invited to attend.
