Robert Thrasher
Robert Thrasher, 15, died Monday, August 11, 2008. Services were held at 4:00 p.m. Friday, August 15 at First United Methodist Church in Eatonton with Rev. Robin Lindsey officiating. Entombment followed in Baldwin Memorial Gardens.
Robert was a native and resident of Putnam County. He began his education at Gatewood School but currently attended Putnam County High School.
Survivors include his mother, Lori-Ann (Thrasher) Branch; his father, Danny Thrasher, both of Eatonton; his sister, Crystal Browning of Murfreesboro, TN; his grandfather, Robert H. Branch of Eatonton; and his niece, Caydin Marie Pittman, his Aunt, Roberta (Thrasher) Gresham of Montezuma; great aunts and uncles, Rachel Branch of Dublin, Beatrice Gardella of New Jersey, Frank and Ramona Plumara of Pennsylvania, and Mel Flumara of Massachusetts.

Sandra “Sandi” Lynne Bara
Sandra Lynne Bara “Sandi”, 54, passed into heaven on Sunday, August 24, 2008 in Madison. She was born October 29, 1954 in Detroit, Michigan to George and June Forsey of New Boston, Michigan.
Bruce and Sandi were together for 23 years, married for 16 of those wonderful years and best friends to one another.
Sandi graduated from Chadsey High School in Detroit, Michigan and worked as a cosmologist for many years in Michigan. She was also employed as a record clerk for Washtenaw County Courts in Michigan prior to moving to Georgia where she worked in the admissions department for Morgan Memorial Hospital in Madison. She was a resident of New Boston and Belleville, Michigan and Greensboro prior to settling in Madison.
She was a member of numerous quilting clubs and The Lake Oconee Quilt Guild. She loved quilting, crossword puzzles, reading and vacationing with her family. Her biggest joy was watching her daughter Jill born in 1995 grow into a lovely and fun spirited young lady.
She is survived by her husband, Bruce Bara and daughter Jill Kristina Bara of Madison; and step-daughter Joy Anne Bara of Belleville, Michigan; sisters, Candis Forsey of Arizona, Lisa (John) Wurtsmith of Huron Township, Michigan and Deborah Forsey of Atlanta, Michigan and brother, George Forsey of New Boston, Michigan; nephews, Ian, Jake, George, Joey, Nick and Shawn; nieces, Rachel, Nicole, Olivia, Sarah and Melissa.
A memorial of Sandi’s life will be held Saturday, August 30 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. with a prayer session taking place at 6:30 p.m.

Larry Edwin Coleman
Larry Edwin Coleman, 68, of Madison died Monday, August 25, 2008 at his home. He was a native of Cario. He was born January 18, 1940 to Lester and Margaret Houghland Coleman. He married Beverly Durden on June 28, 1959. Mr. Coleman was a veteran of the United States Army.
After receiving a degree in business he spent his career in the flooring business. After retirement the Colemans moved to Madison from Alpharetta. Since moving to Madison he has worked with Classic Southern Decorating. He was a member of Centennial Baptist Church where he enjoyed singing with the choir.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Beverly Coleman and their children, Alton Durden Coleman, Leslie Susan Coleman and Beverly Coleman Hayes; grandchildren, Ashley Day, Kylie Hayes, Alton Coleman Jr. and Kendall Hayes; a brother, Mack Coleman and in-laws, Linda Coleman and Jimmy and Charlotte Arnold.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, August 28, at 11 a.m. at Centennial Baptist Church
In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to the Ty Reed Scholarship Fund at Centennial Baptist Church or the Centennial Youth Camp.
