Morgan County students go back to school on Tuesday, August 5. The following is a list of school supplies needed in each grade. (These lists are also available on the schools' Web sites, all of which can be accessed through the Morgan County Board of Education Web site, www.morgan.k12.ga.us.)

Pre-K Supply List:
1 book bag without wheels (regular size, not purse size)
1 box of Kleenex tissues
1 box of gallon, quart, or sandwich Ziploc bags
1 bottle of hand sanitizer
1 box of baby wipes (flushable type, if available)
1 roll of paper towels

Kindergarten Supply List:
1 book bag without wheels (full size)
1 box of Kleenex tissues
1 spiral composition book – 70 sheets or more, Wide Ruled
1 three-fold sleep mat (thin size)
1 box any size Ziploc bags
1 bottle liquid soap
1 box baby wipes
1 roll paper towels
1 zippered pencil pouch
1 box of Band-Aids

First Grade Supply List:
1 package yellow No. 2 pencils
2 boxes Kleenex tissues
1 bottle liquid soap
1 box crayons – 16 or 24 count
2 glue sticks
1 book bag without wheels (full-size)
1 box baby wipes
1 box quart- or gallon-sized Ziploc bags
1 two-pocket folder
1 pair blunt-tip scissors
1 pencil box
2 rolls of paper towels
1 box Band-Aids
1 package Clorox wipes
1 bottle liquid sanitizer
1 black and white composition book – 200 sheets, Wide Ruled

Second Grade Supply List:
2 packages wide-ruled paper
2 packages yellow No. 2 pencils
1 pencil box or pouch
1 24-count box of crayons
2 boxes Kleenex tissues
2 two-pocket folders with fasteners
2 rolls of paper towels
1 pair of blunt-tip scissors
1 box of any size Ziploc bags

1 one-inch or 1½-inch three-ring binder or notebook
1 large eraser
1 bottle of hand sanitizer
1 package five-tabbed dividers
1 package Clorox wipes

Third Grade Supply List:
1 1½-inch to three-inch three-ring notebook (no Trapper Keepers)
1 clear pencil pouch
2 glue sticks
1 package of eight-tabbed dividers
Wide-ruled loose-leaf paper
1 package No. 2 pencils (no lead pencils)
1 three-subject notebook
1 two-pocket folder with brads or dividers
1 drawing pad for art
1 box of crayons
2 large boxes of tissues
Optional: Dry erase markers, pens, markers

Fourth Grade Supply List:
1 2-inch sturdy three-ring binder (zip types are okay)
Loose leaf notebook paper (wide rule if possible)
No. 2 pencils (no mechanical pencils unless approved by teacher)
1 pencil pouch to fit in notebook
1 package eight-tab dividers
3 boxes of facial tissue
1 box of 12 colored pencils
1 box of 24 crayons
1 sketch pad for art (9 X 12 will not fit in desk)
1 one-subject spiral composition notebook for music
1 folder with pockets and center brads for Spanish
1 four-pack Expo white board markers (keep one in book bag)
Cap-top erasers
Students should not bring: ink pens, gel pens, pencil boxes, mechanical pencils, cell phones or toys

Fifth Grade Supply List:
1 three-ring notebook with metal rings
1 package tab dividers – six or eight
1 pencil pouch to fit into notebook (no pencil box)
Loose leaf notebook paper
1 sketch pad for art class
3 spiral-type composition books for science, Spanish, and music
1 pack of colored pencils
4 packs of No. 2 pencils (no mechanical pencils or pens)
Erasers (pencil top or large size)
3 boxes of facial tissue
Expo white board markers (any color)
1 highlighter (any color)
1 bottle of hand sanitizer
Envelopes
