The Morgan Memorial Hospital Auxiliary raised about $7,000 with its annual Love Light Tree fundraiser.
“That’s about $1,000 ahead of last year,” she said. “It was very successful.”
She explained that the money raised benefits the hospital’s equipment fund.
“Hospital administration, in cooperation with the board, creates a wish list,” she said. “The auxiliary makes the final choice.”
