County Grand Jury returns indictments

The Morgan County Grand Jury last week returned several criminal indictment during the March Grand Jury term. The following persons were indicted:
• Levar Preston Baker, 34, Columbia, S.C., one count trafficking in marijuana, one count possession with intent to distribute marijuana, one count tampering with evidence, two counts obstruction of an officer
• Brandon Latroy Giles, 23, Greensboro, one count aggravated stalking
• Candice Wade, 28, Madison, one count aggravated assault, one count cruelty toward children in the third degree
• Jebrandi Tremayne Pilcher, 17, two counts burglary, one count entering an automobile
• Lakisa Malcom, 32, Monroe, one count negotiating a fictitious check
• Brandon Denum Harris, 17, Rutledge, one count terroristic threats and acts, one count simple battery
• Al Forrest Collins, 52, Covington, one count sale of Ocycodone, one count sale of
methamphetamine, one count distribution of methamphetamine within a drug-free commercial zone, one count distribution of Oxycodone within a drug-free commercial zone, one count possession of methamphetamine
• Tony Bernard Jordan, 42, Covington, one count sale of Oxycodone, one count sale of methamphetamine, one count distribution of methamphetamine in a drug-free commercial zone, one count distribution of Oxycodone in a drug-free commercial zone
• Stiara Kanee Mathis, 20, Madison, one count possession with intent to distribute cocaine, one count possession with intent to distribute cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school, one count possession with intent to distribute cocaine within 1,000 feet of a public park, one count possession of marijuana
• Melvin Little, Jr. 55, Bostwick, one count terroristic threats and acts
• Avery Deon Cooper, 32, Madison, two counts terroristic threats and acts
• Ridarius Rashun Canteen, 22, Madison, one count interference with government property, one count possession of contraband by an inmate
• Bradley Gene Phillips, 30, Loganville, one count possession of marijuana, one count possession of methamphetamine, one count tampering with evidence, one count expired tag
• Antonio Martin Cervantes, 21, Greensboro, one count terroristic threats and acts, four counts disorderly conduct
• Kellie E. Thompson, 37, Bostwick, one count aggravated assault
• Kelvin Briney, 37, Madison, one count theft by receiving stolen property
• Tony Arness Jacobs, 43, Madison, six counts theft by receiving stolen property, one count operating a chop shop
• Amanda Hulsey, 23, Madison, one count theft by taking
• Mary Jill Peters, 28, Madison, one count theft by taking
• David Dylong, 36, Conyers, one count theft by receiving stolen property
• Austin Shane McNutt, 18, Covington, one count possession of methamphetamine, one count theft by receiving stolen property
• Randy Wayne Pitts, 30, Monroe, one count possession of methamphetamine, one count possession of a firearm by a convicted felon
• Joshua Oden, 31, Birmingham, Ala., one count homicide by vehicle in the first degree, two counts DUI, one count following too closely
• Brittany Lynn Leach, 23, White Plains, two counts aggravated assault
• Robert Kennedy Crowley, 47, Madison, one count theft by receiving stolen property
• Sherman Bernard Bell, 39, Conley, two counts entering an automobile, one count theft by taking, one count criminal trespass
