Brett and Maggie Barton, of Monroe, proudly announce the arrival of their daughter, Stella Whitley Barton, on July 12, 2011 at 5:40 p.m. at St. Mary’s Hospital. Ella weighed 6 pounds, 9 ounces and measured 19-and-three-quarters inches long.
She is the granddaughter of George and Jo Tiller of Rutledge, Mike and Genie Purcell of Monroe and Glen and Deloris Barton of Monroe.
