Several persons were indicted on criminal charges by a Morgan County Grand Jury in Morgan County Superior Court during the September term of the Morgan County Grand Jury. The following persons were indicted:

• Wanda James Wheeler, 50, Decatur: one count, possession of cocaine: one count, possession of marijuana; one count, driving while registration suspended; and one count, window glazing violation

• Ezekiel Thomas Spell, 31, Bostwick: one count, possession of Alprazolam; one count, drug container violation; one count, habitual violator; one count, driving while license revoked; one count, no proof of insurance; and one count, driving without a tag

• Austin Blake Bustos, 17, Julliette: two counts, homicide by vehicle in the first degree; one count, driving under the influence; three counts, driving under the influence; one count, reckless driving; one count, failure to maintain lane; one count, driving without a valid license; and one count, underage possession of alcohol

• Aleric Chevis Parks, 23, Madison: one count, sale of cocaine

• Jereius M. Hawkins, 18, Madison: one count, sale of marijuana

• Melody Ann Sanford, 47, Madison: one count, sale of marijuana

• Felix Vidal Bailey, 22, Madison: one count, participation in criminal gang activity; and one count, battery

• Ridarius Canteen, 21, Rutledge: one count, participation in criminal gang activity; and one count, battery

• Trenton Bernard Coats, 21, Madison: one count, participation in criminal gang activity; and one count, battery

• William Ricky Eberhart, 44, Madison: one count, aggravated battery; one count, terroristic threats and acts; one count, family violence battery; one count, cruelty to children in the third degree; one count, interference with government property; and two counts, obstruction of an officer

• Glenn Oscar Bolt, 49, Covington: one count, possession of methamphetamine; one count, driving under the influence; one count, hit-and-run; one count, possession of marijuana; and one count, possession of drug-related objects

• Stoney Mark Parker, 30, Madison: one count, possession with intent to distribute marijuana; one count, possession of cocaine; one count, possession with intent to distribute Ocycodone; one count, possession with intent to distribute Dihdrocodeinone; one count, possession with intent to distribute Carisoprodol; one count, possession with intent to distribute Alprazolam; and one count, drug container violation

• Rodney Lumpkin, 54, Madison: one count, possession with intent to distribute Loritab; and one count, conspiracy to commit violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act

• Quintina Williams, 39, Athens: one count, conspiracy to commit violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act

• Robert Barnett, 44, Rutledge: one count, sale of methamphetamine; and one count, theft by taking

• Jeffrey Brown, 32,Rutledge: one count, sale of methamphetamine; one count, possession of methamphetamine; and one count, theft by receiving stolen property
