I mean this Shop Local business has flat got it goin’ on! I’m gonna spend $25 in every ding dang business on the Shop Local Page (pop over to Local Color - C10!). Yeeehaw! My handsome husband ain’t got no idea the Biz Buzz is gonna rob his wallet and put that money to work in the Morgan County economy! Plus I’m gonna be in the pot to win $100 big dollars!
    Ok so last week we buzzed five of the 11 Shop Local participants: Laughing Moon, The Madison ChopHouse Grille, Madison Produce, Just out of the Kloset and Youngblood Motors! Let’s check out the other six to get us flat ready to Shop Local!
    Madison Markets! I love to meander through this fantastic shoppin’ destination located at 144 Academy St., in Madison! I mean y’all it’s just THE BEST! Antiques! Glassware! Art! Paintings! Jewelry! Cool Furniture for indoors and out! I could just stay at Madison Markets FOREVER! Oh and the best part is that on Friday, March 25 . . . to help y’all spend your $25 or more . . . honey they are gonna stay open late and offer up complimentary refreshments from 5 p.m. til 7 p.m.! There’s just somethin’ Southern and regal ‘bout shoppin’ while sippin’ champagne! I can’t wait!      
    The Silver Fox located at 130 West Washington St. in Madison has the coolest handcrafted jewelry and accessories around! I mean their silver jewelry is the most beautiful in town and you’ll flip when you see how affordable it all is! Oh and those cocktail rings that are oh so in-style are my all-time fave! But, honey that ain’t all! They’ve got cool spring fashions too! Oh and if you’re lookin’ for a pair of big silver hoop earrings, get over to the Silver Fox immediately! I flat love everything about this beautiful shop!   
    Tequila Express Café located at 270 West Washington St., in Madison is next up on the Shop Local list! There’s a reason this restaurant is always full! Ding dang! You flat can’t beat the menu and prices! I mean they’ve got it all y’all! Mediterranean, Greek, Italian, Seafood, Pasta and then some! My absolute favorite is that super fantastic Chicken Soup, but I love, love, love the grilled Tilapia Salad! Y’all head over to Tequila Express for lunch or dinner on March 25!
     Godfrey Cox located at 127 South Main St. in Madison is absolutely one of Madison’s most marvelous shops! There’s just so much to choose from! But, honey I just all of their Vietri tableware and gift selections! I mean when you want to make it special make it Vietri! Oh and those RockFlowerPaper City totes flat rock! Check out the one featured in the Godfrey Cox ad on C10 on the Shop Local Page!
    They are soooo cute, cute, cute! I need one immediately! But wait til you check out their collection of Pine Cone Hill bed linens! Talk ‘bout heaven! Get over there Friday and spend, spend, spend!
    Now I fat cannot walk into Amelia’s located at 172 South Main Street in Madison and not buy somethin’! The spring fashions are just too ding dang temptin’! Plus my dang teenage daughter steals everything I get there so I always have to go back for more! That’s why Amelia’s is known as the shop with Fashions for Every Generation! Just wait til you see the Tribal, Lole, Yellow Box Shoes and all their other brands! You’ll flip and honey you’ll look good while you do!
    Barkin’ Dogs Shoe Co., located right smack dab next to Amelia’s at 172 South Main Street just transports me to cloud nine! Literally! That’s cause those new wedge sandals I bought raise my height at least by four inches! I love, love, love my new wedges! Trust me: If you’re on your feet a lot, you need to get over to Barkin’ Dogs now! Honey, they’ve got the world’s most renowned comfort shoes at affordable prices and then some!
    Oh and y’all are gonna scream when you see the fab, fab, fab spring Born collection! Talk ‘bout heels! Get over there and your feet will thank you for it. Plus you’ll look chic and cool!
    On and I nearly forgot! Henri Moon wanted me to tell all y’all to head over to Lilywind Kids, located at 206 West Washington St., and bring the youngins on April 2 for pictures with Ashley Beth Photography! Lord Have Mercy!     Ok! Last up! Ice House Restaurant is now open for LUNCH every Thursday, Friday and Saturday! Skippy do da day! Now I can start havin’ me those long lost Three Martini Lunches with fantastic food! I’ll have more on this next week!
