Sentences given during criminal court week

The following persons pled guilty and were sentenced last week in Morgan County Superior Court.
• Jeffery Rivers, 30, Madison, one count sale of cocaine, one count distribution of a controlled substance within a drug free zone. Received a 15-year sentence on the first count and a five-year sentence on the second count to run consecutively for a total of 20 years. Also was given six years credit for time served, was fined $1,000 and ordered to stay out of the city of Madison declared drug free zone for 24 months. Rivers also pled guilty to thee counts family violence battery. He received three years to be served and to run concurrent with any other sentencing. Rivers also pled guilty, in a separate matter, to one count possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute, one count possession of Lortab with the intent to distribute and one count possession of cocaine with intent to distribute within a commercial drug free zone. He was sentenced to 20 years with six years to be served, was fined $1,000 and ordered to stay out of the city’s drug free zone for 24 months.
• Jeremy Casey, 25, Madison, pled guilty to one count theft by conversion, received a 10-year sentence to be served on probation, was fined $1,000 and ordered to pay $4,063 in restitution.
• Stephanie Adams, 27, Madison, pled guilty to one count possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and one count possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Received a six year sentence to be served on probation and was fined $2,000.
•Syntwaine Thomas, 20, Union Point, pled guilty to one count of cocaine with intent to distribute and one count possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Received a 10 year sentence to be served on probation, was ordered to serve 240 to 365 days in a state detention center and was fined $2,000.
• Quantavius R. Johnson, 19, Madison, pled guilty to three counts burglary and was sentenced to 10 years with three years to serve and the remainder to be served on probation. He was fined $1,000 and ordered to pay $10,200 in restitution.
• Mavis M. Griffin, 24, Madison, pled guilty to one count possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and was sentenced to 20 years with eight years to serve and the remainder to be served on probation. He was also fined $1,500.
• D’Andrea T. Calliham, 47, Buckhead, pled guilty to one count DUI and was sentenced to one year to be served on probation, ordered to perform 40 hours community service, fined $500 and ordered to attend a DUI Risk Reduction program.
• Clancie Adams, 31, Madison, pled guilty to two counts fleeing and attempting to elude, one count speeding and one count reckless driving She received a three year sentence with 90 days to be served on weekends and was fined $2,000.
• Larry Reynolds Jr., 19, Monroe, pled guilty to one count simple assault and one count family violence battery and was sentenced to two years to be served on probation, was fined $400 and ordered to have no contact with the victim and complete a domestic violence intervention program.
• Rodriquez Thompson, 22, Madison, pled guilty to one count family violence battery and one count hindering a person from making an emergency phone call. He was sentenced to two years to be served on probation, fined $400 and ordered to complete a domestic violence intervention program, continue participation in a mentoring program, have no violent contact with the victim and complete an alcohol evaluation.
• John V. Holsenbeck, 19, Bonaire, pled guilty to one count speeding and one count possession of marijuana and was sentence to one year to be served on probation, was fined $500 and ordered to complete an alcohol and drug evaluation.
• Florine Dennis, 52, Rutledge, pled guilty to one count simple assault and two counts disorderly conduct and was sentenced to three years to be served on probation, was fined and ordered to stay completely away from the Rutledge Post Office and have no contact with the victims and must complete a mental health treatment evaluation and take all prescribed medications.
• Kelly M. Mauldin, 48, Atlanta, pled guilty to one count DUI and one count failure to maintain lane and was sentenced to two years to be served on probation, fined $1,000 and ordered to attend a DUI Risk Reduction Program and attend a alcohol and drug treatment program.
• Anthony Lawrence Jones Jr., Eatonton, pled guilty to one count simple battery and was sentenced to one year to be served on probation, was fined $400 and ordered to have no violent contact with the victim and complete a domestic violence intervention program.
• Jarvis Bernard Williams, 18, Madison, pled guilty to one count disorderly conduct and was sentenced to one year to be served on probation and was ordered to pay all medical bills of the victim and was ordered to have no contact with the victim.
• Shawn C. Hauk, 25, Covington, pled guilty to DUI and was sentenced to one year to be served on probation, was fined $500 and ordered to complete a DUI Risk Reduction Program.
• Christopher A. Williams, 18, Buckhead, pled guilty to one count burglary and was sentenced to five years to be served on probation, was ordered to a state boot camp for 90 to 150 days, fined $1,000 and ordered to pay $1,247 in restitution.
• Andre Lee Binion, 47, Madison, pled guilty to one count aggravated assault with the intent to rape and was sentenced to 10 years to be served on probation, was fined $1,000, was ordered to complete a sex offender evaluation and ordered to have no contact with the victim or her family.
